That guy shouldn't have reacted like he did. She had every right to do what she did. It's good to see that there are still consequences for people who don't know how to act in public.
...And running up on your vehicle banging on the windows. If you read the other related article, you'll see that family members of the victim claimed he was trying to get her insurance information. Really? By running up to her vehicle and banging on the body and windows while she's on the phone with the police? The guy brought it upon himself. He could've reacted like a civilized person, and politely traded information with the woman. Instead he acted like a violent Neanderthal and got shot.
Good to know that a jury, judge and executioner all agreed at once. The penalty for road rage should be death. Let's not overlook the fact that a man is dead. You're in the car. Drive away. Still kinda surprising to see an atypical twist in this story---i.e a woman shooting a man. That s**t, statistically speaking, is an abbe ration and a half. Not that any mainstream media will mention that next time there's a "black-on-white" crime or a "white-on-black" crime that it's overwhelmingly likely it's a "male-on-male" crime.
There should be a Grand Jury, and a trial. However, if you come up to a woman's car, irrate and start beating on her car while she is on the phone, you should not be surprised if you are shot and possibly killed.
A typical pansy who lives out of fear mongering, Nook owns and operates 25 guns and encourages other Americans to find new reasons to use their weapons. There's no evidence, other than the murderer's fellow homegirl lawyer LaTrisha, that he did anything in an aggressive manner after she initiated the accident with him. Hopefully she gets put away for life for taking this young Hispanic mans life. That's one too many 50 cent videos for this diva.
If someone comes banging on my car and trying to open the door, I'd shoot them too. Guy acted threatening towards another drive (a woman, mind you). If I fear for my life, I wont hesitate. This has nothing to do with race (although I'm sure plenty of people will use that card).
Well, jesus, we don't want people fearing for their lives. Especially with a whole host of people who when fearing for their lives, won't hesitate to shoot people.
