RIP. Always enjoyed the NFL films and they set the standard for mythologizing sports.

NFL films is how I learned so much about the history of the NFL when I was a kid, RIP Steve.

I have the NFL Films soundtrack on my ipod. It's a good listen from time to time

 

Same here. My brother, friends and I used to sit around watching those videos over and over again. I think our favorite was one called "Crunch Course". It was a compilation of unreal hits from the early days. We'd watch that and then go outside and play football for hours.

He was such an innovator, and pioneer.

he revolutionzed the way that we watch football now, and set the standar for sports filmmaking.

 

I've always felt like I was watching some Greek gods battling when I watch NFL videos.

 

didnt care for nfl films but I did care for great moments in hookup history
