I like Pringles over McHale with this coaching staff. Would still like to see what McHale can do with a bunch of rookies and a full off season and season.
^in bold! People who want Sloan have no idea that, for the last few years, teams needed a headcoach all passed up on him. SVG is a great coach but I think he is pretty much blacklisted. Mike Budenholzer has been with Spurs for the last 17 years. - Worked his way from video coordinator to #1 assitant coach. - Trained as an assistant coach under the Popovich since 1996. - Knows the winning culture. - Great at scouting. He is a far better candidate than either of our assistant coaches.
And badlee has no idea....example One game during Linsanity, D'Antoni played Lin, without any rest, from early 3rd period to the end buzzer. That's insane minutes for anyone, not to mention someone who hadnt played any real NBA minutes for almost 2 years. He just doesnt know how to get the most out of his players, and the kind of things good NBA coaches will NEVER do.
