    they are in the 1st post.
    no rules basically, you can cut and pick someone at any time till the end of trading period.

    i put a rule that you can only sign someone for up to 3 mil, because that's what we had during the last draft (that we didn't finish).
    but i don't think we ever voted on that rule.
    so idk. if you guys want unlimited signings, vote for it. i don't mind either way.

    Not really. Rondo played better than D Will last year, and we are supposedly basing our players off of last years performance. Also I think Rondo is better distributor.

    Alright damn. Wanted rondo cause his salary is lesser. But in my opinion d will is on par with rondo, rondo just has better teammates. Dwill avg 10 assist with his nets teammates..

    i see. well we'll see tomorrow then. i wouldn't do it straight up, but we might be able to figure a package around KG+Joe tomorrow, maybe a three way.

    So you can cut someone and then buy a player up to 3 mil. Is not a one time thing right? You can do it as many time as you want right?

    this rule doesn't make sense the matter of fact that it is trying to be establish now is wrong. It wasn't stated in the rule listing and therefore does not apply.
