As a US citizen working in Canada, I can tell you that while you pay upfront pretty heavily in Canadian taxes, our joyous US govt pays you back...for now. Still doesnt make up for $14.99 for a sixer of Bud.

Absurd comparison. Toronto is a great city. The TV show Suits which has a story line based in Manhattan NY is actually filmed in Toronto & honestly it is hard to tell the difference. Canadians are nice people, free health care, downtown nightlife is exciting & the education system in Canada is also really good.

They have a decent loyal fan base for the miserable teams they had post Carter era. Honestly if that team were to play in Houston, I doubt anyone would show up to their games ever ever. Toronto is a great sports city, people likes to attend games in their free time whether or not they are truly huge fans of the teams. Too bad ALL of their pro teams has been utter shet in recent years.

Toronto is a bad ass city. I only stayed there for a week, but I had a f***in BLAST. I reckon Lowry will adjust well.
