    ...and if you're keeping score at home, this meant that he couldn't close a deal with Chicago nor could he get a guaranteed deal out of the Bobcats.

    He's facing the harsh reality that teams don't value an aging 5ppg swingman like they do a 20 year old prospect/project with their final roster spot.

    Can't help that he was still refusing to play in back to backs last season. Hard to claim that your knee is 100% when you sit out 1 every 5 games.

    It's really sad what happened to him. I have no doubt that if he stayed healthy we potentially could have won it all in 09.

    What a bum. Just retire already. Nobody likes a washed up diva has been. I hope current young and talented pro-athletes take notice of the faiths of guys such as McGrady, Iverson, Chad Johnson, TO etc.
