How do you not remember exactly what you were doing that day? At least the small TV part of the story is consistent.
Romney already hurting US foreign policy... http://livewire.talkingpointsmemo.com/entry/putin-grateful-to-romney Russia's President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday said he was "grateful" to Mitt Romney for saying Russia remained the United States' “No. 1 geopolitical foe” because the remark actually helped Putin in missile defense negotiations, reports ABC News: “I’m grateful to him (Romney) for formulating his stance so clearly because he has once again proven the correctness of our approach to missile defense problems,” Putin told reporters, according to the Russian news agency RIA Novosti. “The most important thing for us is that even if he doesn’t win now, he or a person with similar views may come to power in four years. We must take that into consideration while dealing with security issues for a long perspective,” he said, speaking after a meeting with Serbian President Tomislav Nikolic, according to Interfax news agency.
Mitt Romney's campaign didn't actually build that. How hard, really, is it to not plagarize? http://www.salon.com/2012/09/10/romney_rips_off_obama_website/ Romney rips off Obama website After months of telling Democrats that they didn’t build that, the charge may be ironically accurate when it comes to Mitt Romney’s website. The Romney campaign’s “victory wallet” donation page bears a striking resemblance to the Obama campaign’s “quick donate” page. The Obama campaign published its in March and Romney’s site went up in late August. Both sites display three options to donate, the text beside each identical. For example, on the Obama campaign’s “Donate With SMS” section: After you’ve saved your credit card and phone number in your BarackObama.com account, you can use your cell phone to make a donation. All you need to do is text the amount you want to give. If you text us “10″, we’ll charge your saved credit card $10. It’s never been easier to donate. And the “Donate with SMS” section from the Romney site: After you’ve saved your credit card and phone number in your MyMitt account, you can use your cell phone to make a donation. All you need to do is text the amount you want to give. If you text us “10″, we’ll charge your saved credit card $10. It’s never been easier to donate. Note they even have the same grammatical error — the comma outside the quotation mark after the 10. The layout of the sites is identical, with “donate by web” followed by “donate by email” followed by “donate by SMS” sections on both. Even the clip art is similar. The Terms of Use of the Obama campaign states that the website, “including, without limitation, OFA’s logo, and all designs, text…are the proprietary property of OFA or its licensors or users and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.” Democratic digital consultant Matt Ortega, who first pointed out the similarity on Twitter (BuzzFeed also reported it), said, “The sheer hubris and arrogance of Romney’s digital team is truly something to behold. They’ll prematurely self-promote as better than OFA to tech blogs all the while running an embarrassingly inept rip off of the Obama ’08 strategy.”
This explains Romney's panic desperation mode since the DNC, which I believe will further sink his standing with true independents. At this rate, he won't be within striking distance late in the game when I expect momentum to swing his way. Romney is gashing himself and running at full speed into brick walls right now. He needs to sit down, screw his head back on and come back to his senses.
He has repeatedly demonstrated that he is unfit to answer or respond appropriately to that "3 am call" that all presidents must face. Sorry Mitt, stick to feathering your 401k.
This. Huntsman is the one Republican that I might have actually considered favoring over Obama. Good head on his shoulders. Romney is in this campaign for only one person: himself.
It's becoming very obvious why no big republicans were willing to fully endorse Mitt without a qualifying statement. The country is getting a clearer picture of what kind of person he is and Obama is pulling away.
The Executive Office makes less impact for them than The House anyway. The leadership really only cares about tax and business issues.
I would have gladly voted for Huntsman. He's bipartisan, and has both executive and foreign policy experience.
Romney back in the lead. That was quick http://www.rasmussenreports.com/pub...ministration/daily_presidential_tracking_poll
Romney downgraded by betting websites from 43% odds of winning to 36%. What an n00b mistake. Prepare your anus for November Mitty.
If Romney only has a 1 point advantage in a daily tracking poll from rasmussen (snicker), you just know Obama's lead is actually around 5 points.
It must really upset you that the best your party has to offer is someone who is in a statistical dead heat with the antichrist.
