    Max contract for Harden is 4 year $58 million which average to be 14.5 million. Harden only going to 24-27 year old during that time span. Even with increase minutes Harden still shown enormous offensive efficiency. If Morey can get him, this huge step putting championship team up.

    Right now cap is 58 million and Rocket have 24 million Guaranteed money. Even after signing Harden, Rocket still have room get another Max player. To me this is a no brainer
