    The Rockets made surprise visits today to members of HPD and Houston Fire Department to say "Thank You" for their service in commemoration of Patriot Day.

    Rockets Players, including Omer Asik, Royce White, Donatas Motiejunas, Terrence Jones, Greg Smith and Marcus Morris, were there, as well as team CEO Tad Brown, GM Daryl Morey, VP Gersson Rosas, Head Coach Kevin McHale and assistant coaches.

    All are seen in this video, which was sent out by the Rockets to the media...

    Nice gesture by the Rockets, btw when did they start calling 9/11 anniversary "Patriot Day"

    I think it's a nice way of remembering the horrible tragedy and the heroes that fought back over Pennsylvania but I just never had noticed it until this week.

    Funny you asked, the HPD camaros you see on the street, most, if not all were donated from Mario Williams probaly in conjunction with the Texans.
