Hard work gets you nowhere without smarts. The hardest working people are normally the poorest as they lack efficiency, judgment and knowledge of where to apply their energy so they're pulling strings for someone with his legs up on a desk all day long.

That is where white children thrive, and why I wouldn't go out of the way and turn on the WASP nature that made America such a strong country in the 20th century. Whites have an inherent ability to lead and they look good doing it. There's also the element of class - whites normally have more extra curricular interests than just scraping their way to making bank. This creates a more enjoyable, jovial nature in corporations.

If the poor and minorities want to work their way up, the current 25+ batch are going to have go through a process called due diligence and sacrifice their life for their children to have a real shot at enjoying life. That in itself is something to take great pride in. Begging for the system to make itself vulnerable due to helping out the underdog is just unrealistic and there's no guarantee a higher work ethic with a lower IQ will generate more for them than the status quo.

I love it when people try to sound smart but misuse words in the process.

Can I just point out that the article is nearly 5 years old? Probably still relevant but best to keep that in mind.

Studies show good looking people are afforded more leniency with regards to rhetoric due to the manner in which they deliver it... and I admit, I am a beneficiary of this.

I don't think it's a reach to use the word due diligence to imply the thought process a person needs to satisfy the selective criteria of higher education or as the business world uses... legal requirement.

I can testify to this, one of the biggest contributers to this practice is A&M. I know some asian kids that were super smart and missed top 10% by a scrape and didn't get in. Then again I meet kids (white) that I'm surprised even got past highschool. Most of the r****ds are towards business and education.

With all due respect, Ronny, what a steaming load of crap. I know you have to be trolling for fun, but you simply aren't being funny, even though you may think you are. I'm disappointed, dude. Really, I expect better from you. You're pretending to be racist. Archie Bunker could work at being funny and pull it off, but you aren't Carroll O'Connor.

I was in a meeting with our chancellor several months ago regarding retention and admissions. Our institution has tried to increase admission standards over the past few years and international enrollment. The chancellor mentioned that this will cause us to lose many minority applicants who might otherwise have been admitted. He said that these would be replaced by international admittance. The thing that stuck out the most to me though was the fact that the chancellor focused on how much more money international students would bring in than those who were now being denied admission because of the large increase in tuition and fees that these students have. Soon after that, we announced the hiring, at a large price I'm sure, of Gus Malzahn. Sad really.

Other minorities like African Americans and Latinos are a priority for many universities to admit for diversity reason (most universities have low percentage of those students). White students get in at a rate close to their percentage in the general population (many due to legacy admissions).

Asians often have the best SAT scores and GPAs as a group, but because there are so many qualified Asians in many cases, universities do not want to admit too many highly qualified Asians. Thus many more qualified Asians in comparison to other minorities and whites are passed over by the admission offices. This is especially true in the university of California system.

I don't know who these people are and why you have accused me of pretending to be racist, because apparently, you believe me to be good on the inside. And if an angelic figure like myself doesn't mirror your thoughts, then perhaps you are the harvester of sin?

This is where a lot of the animosity directed at me comes from. A chilling self reflection, a brutal self realization, and a devastating moment of clarity where the subject finds herself exposed to a new thought process with no boundaries by the new man in her life. The Ronald.

Upper class whites have the genetic traits I personally look for in leadership positions. A type of ease about them, an approachable demeanor, soft features and those who care about applying themselves don't walk around with a chip on their shoulder. Co-employees naturally submit because as we all know, success in business isn't just about smarts. It's about managing other people.

    The Law of Least Effort

Accept people, situations, and events as they occur. Take responsibility for your situation and for all events seen as problems. Relinquish the need to defend your point of view. This one goes ageist what we have learned set a goal and work hard, spend a lot of time, you need work hard to get things...Wrong. The universe finds the path of least resistance which is the least effort. We need to work smart and listen to the signs that the universe is giving us that are the path of least effort. When in a chaos do not get caught up in it and let it get to you take time and breath. Then just flow in the situation the outcome will be turn out better then you can imagine.

Boom, failure. The PRINCIPLE of Least Effort is what is known as a THEORY. I know that your memory serves you in a similar fashion to looking at a bobblehead for verification, but you've proven that the quote I used was case in point. I can't be sure if you though claiming this was a law would be sneaky or funny.

You're still being hampered by the same delusions I covered during our last exchange.

Cute message I just received. Fortunately, the girls I sleep with are just friends, and Ronny is more of a low rent lobbyist with delusions of grandeur than a master of the written word.

I shake my head everytime I see Ronny post, he tries so damn hard. CH is pretty funny, he has a cool shtick going but Ronny's posts are just so artificial and annoying you can't even acknowledge them. That one time that guy posted in the hangout about his spot as an extra on Friday Night Lights Ronny was jealous as **** and menstruated all over the thread.
