I swear i've seen that exact ronnie face so many times. You can't edit him to look different at all. All the hair is the exact same too...Everyone looks related to each other. Makes it impossible for me to enjoy playing past a few seasons when the real players all retire and you're left with an inbred league.
Yep. I will still get the game, but changing the voice cannot be that hard. My white PG sounds like a Jerry Springer character. If only 2k can get an EA-style gameface with voices changing, then that would be epic!
Yeah I'm sure what they want is to have the option to be a white player that sounds intelligent or a black player that sounds like an uneducated marble mouth.
Exactly! At least have a pitch meter (Tiger Woods' game had one several years back, IIRC). Something different. It'd be nice if we can integrate the postgame interviews with the kinect. It'd give me a reason to get one.
Or just have several different voice actors doing a lot of different accents. Better than having no choice but to sound like a wannabe rapper. I'd rather myplayer have an Arnold Schwarzenegger accent bc at least then it would be entertaining. The current voice makes me want to mute it.
Pretty sure he just said he wanted to mute the voice. Nowhere in his post did I see anything about him basing his purchase of the game on the voice of the player....
He's making way too big a deal over it imo. Although, its a bit biased since I actually kind of sound like that... lol.
The voice should be something changable, it can't be that hard. It's stupid to have an import from Serbia sound like a black American kid.
My assumption is they don't know how to run it stable or how to completely get rid of the hacking, so they will not put out another crew mode unless they know how to fix it.
Probably true. The hacking killed that part of 2k11, and Crew was fun when you able to get a true, fair game going, but the hacking just got out of control.
