There is no real health care entitlement. There's a requirement for people to have health care, and fine they pay if they don't. There's regulation on greedy insurance companies to insure people they wouldn't have otherwise insured, but those people will still pay for the insurance. There's a requirement to allow children up to the age of 25 to be included in parents health care, but the parents still pay for the insurance. It's a govt. handout if the govt. gives it away for free. I do think there is a huge misinformation campaign to try and portray the health care act as a govt. handout, but the reality is something very different.

It's the Bush/Romney guys that are giving away payouts for the government. Romney had a $10 mil federal payout for the insolvent Bain Capital. Romney benefited from a $10 million federal bailout (Nullifies Romney being a free enterpriser: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2832189/posts In 2000, Bush had the bright idea to give everybody a tax break and increase the % of non-taxpayers with "tax refund" on taxes not paid. to 40% from 26%. Let's bankrupt the government and give away more refund checks for non-existent taxes. Historically, the % of non-taxpayers was 17-25%.
