Wow, what a boxscore. Seems like nobody showed up but Yao. 33pts and 10 rebounds. And Jon Barry was on the team?! What a scrub lol.

yeah, nobody got hurt, it was a healthy team where tmac/yao played the bulk of the game.

McGrady had 27, but was only 1-7 from the 3 point line.

Wait a minute! You want to use the 2006-2007 Donaghy screw job as a reference?

you mean you didn't even know the Rockets lost game 7 by 40 points?

you got to be the most clueless Rockets fan dude. you fail Rockets 101.

let me give you a hint, nobody advances in the nba playoffs unless they win 4 games (in that format).

Everyone remembers game 7s. if they actually saw them!

Let me get this right. To prove your point, you take a team that:
    1. Had a coach that was just fined for speaking out against the refs in a press conference
    2. Knew by that time that the fix was in and was just going through the motions

If i have this correct, then yeah, you're right.

Do you even know what game that was with the refs?

The Rockets "went through the motions?" They FORCED a game 7. And all Rocket fans WHO WERE REALLY ROCKET FANS AT THE TIME were excited about GAME 7.

    Rockets Robbed In Dallas
Missed free throws, terrible calls the story as Rockets fall in series 3-2

    By Clutch

The story coming in to Game 5 was the officiating, and the story going out of Game 5 will also be the officiating.

The Dallas Mavericks escaped with their very lives on Monday, aided by 3 men in stripes and some very poor Rocket free throw shooting, winning a nail-biter 103-100 and taking their third straight for a 3-2 series edge.

They forced a Game 7, but unfortunately the same Rockets never really showed up for it.

Once it was known that the refs were dirty, nothing after that mattered. All that mattered was the fix was in and any and everything was orchestrated by the refs from that point on.
You really picked a bad example to prove your point, which by the way is pointless. Also, you will never win an argument with the "you don't know anything" scapegoat. So stop trying.

Not that this is the reason they lost that game and I'm not 100% sure I remember correct but I think Sura was injured and not playing up to his full ability that game.

    Tinman.

Coachbadlee is just a downright poor poster. He's almost bully like, but he'll add a  to make it seem like it's all in good fun. If anybody disagrees with him he just goes berserk. I remember getting in an argument with him over "Robinson v Davis," back when he tried to explain why T-Rob will be the #1 draft pick. And he just kept going and going and going. All based on a couple games that he probably watched the highlights of. Then Kansas v Kentucky happened and finally he shut the hell up. I honestly think he just sits in his room concocting the most random BS so that he can cause a stir in the BBS.

    Sorry to derail thread.

    The obvious choice: Rodman23 ;)

But in all seriousness, I'm going with tinman getting frustrated at postbadlee and giving up because convincing badlee that he's wrong is near impossible. He's the most frustrating poster since DD/thetatomatis.
