I would love to be in the voting booth with Bill Clinton in November; I would bet a substantial amount of money that he does not pull the lever for Obama, but no one will ever know for sure.

Would I vote for Clinton, yes, I think he could pull the country out of the fire. I think Reagan if he were alive, could too. But do I have confidence that Obama "knows" what to do. Not in the least.

That speech just won the election for Obama.

Obama's policies are taken straight from the Clinton playbook. If you are about policies and think this way, I think you are misguided.

Yes, Clinton will vote for Obama obviously. He has said off the cuff as much - that it's simply too important for the country for Obama to lose. CLinton wouldn't raise millions for Obama if he wasn't going to vote for him.

Why the hell would Clinton spend all the time and effort writing and delivering this speech, which by all accounts is likely to help Obama a decent deal, only to deny Obama his own one single vote in a non-swing state?

Bill Clinton gave probably the finest convention speech in over 40 years. He did not only destroy Romney without seeming like a dick, he kept the focus on Obama and did not over shadow him. Simply amazing...wow...

I especially like how he created a divide between modern-day right-wingers and the more sensible non-zealous conservatives of the past.

Alex Castellano, a republican consultant, just said that Clinton just got reelected with his grand slam speech. It is not going to be even close folks.

It's a sign Hilary will run in 2016. Without support for Obama from Bill, she would never be on the ballot. It's a stepping stone for Hilary, while getting revenge on republicans at every chance he gets, and rightfully so.

    Bill is the damn man.

This was the key to his whole speech - he didn't attack Republicans themselves very much at all. He primarily attacked their politicians. He's trying to create an enthusiasm gap for the average moderate Republican / Clinton Democrat by going after their leadership. It was really brilliant.

Bill should change his name to OWNAGE. The RNC was a complete joke compared to even the first two nights of the DNC. Not even comparable. Mitt, good luck lol.

This is a very effective meme for the coming campaign. Comparing 1992 Republicans to 2012 Republicans. A huge portion of today's voting bloc was around for those days, and being reminded of what Republicans used to stand for vs. what they stand for now will win over large amounts of independents. The RNC is doubling down on the tea party nuts to win this election, essentially trying to ride the dead-cat-bounce they got from 2010, but Presidential election years are dictated by indies... not fundies. This is a classic political trap they're falling into.

    HO!!!!

Mitt giving up on MI & PA

Romney, GOP Groups Pull Ads From Michigan and Pennsylvania

Republicans signaled this week that they might have given up hope in two important swing states.

The Romney campaign and conservative groups like Crossroads GPS have pulled TV ads in Michigan, Romney’s home state, according to the Detroit News.

Nor are the campaign and super PACs running advertising in Pennsylvania, after unleashing a barrage there over the past five months.
