She never did it before, but sure seem to have a talent with this election thing and is generally well liked. Could she follow the "Hillary Plan" and, say, run for US Senate in 2016? Remember, for all of that "mom talk," she is a Harvard educated lawyer and had a professional career before becoming FLOTUS.
America already has enough racial division without her. She's also totally incompetent and unaccomplished. Remember, this is a woman who had do-nothing favor jobs while Obama was being coddled through his political ascent in Chicago. Her now public college essays paint her as someone who is entirely focused on race and her anti-Americanism during 2008 (first time she's been 'proud' of America) basically forced the Obama campaign to hide her for several months. So in summary, no resume, too divisive, no serious legislative role in this Administration (at least Hillary had healthcare), no experience in politics -- I just don't see it.
i doubt she runs. if she did, and won (not saying it would be good for this country), it would be HILLARYOUS.
She is certainly a good speaker, relatively attractive, and poised. But for some reason she gives me the creeps and I can't explain why. She is not as creepy as Hillary, who is just plain mean, but Michelle Obama gives me the impression that what you see is not what you get. That may not be fair or true, but if true, she should do quite well in politics.
AND YOU ARE A BIGGOT. WHY DON'T U CLIMB BACK INTO THE HOLE YOU APPEARED BACK FROM? WE WON'T MISS YOU.
Wow, sorry I must have struck a nerve to inspire the well articulated (snicker) post above. Is any criticism of Michelle Obama bigoted? mmmmkay. Sheesh, I didn't even bring up her hideous hairline!
Sam, looks like I was 100% right back in 2007. Amazing -- call me Conquistradamus. The fall from grace is right around the corner, friend.
Doubtful IMO. Michelle Obama is a good public speaker in support of her husband but I don't sense any political ambition or passion for politics from her. She's adapted as needed but my guess is she can't wait for things to return to "normal".
I doubt it. She could if she wanted to but I don't think it's really a goal of hers to run for public office.
