    They have a HUGE problem with insurance fraud.

    for example: People slamming on their brakes so you rear end them and them blaming it on you.

    If you were already following them, that is still your fault since you were following too closely. If they got over in front of you and did it, that would be fraud.

    At stop lights or in bumper to bumper traffic, they will even put their car in reverse and hit YOU, then claim you rear-ended them.

    I saw this happen once on CHiPs, but it was a guy who put on a helmet and then went in reverse on an exit ramp. True story.
