Didn't want horry to leave, but I think my points were reasonable. If you guys are for it re-position him and give him an additional 3rd round pick or whatever seems okay in your eyes. Don't want to be the dick here, but we should somehow stick to the rules in the future.

He didn't pick in 3 hours. Only bluffkin and me picked after him, so it's not like he lost the ability to draft a great player. Because Bron, Shaq and Robertson were his target players he then asked to be re-positioned and get the 2nd pick in the 2nd round. Feel like this would've been a bit unfair looking at the drop-off in the 2nd round and would'Ve effectively given him an advantage (Moses, Duncan, Robinson,..) were all still available, so it's not that it ruined his drafting. Plus the reasoning was a bit odd ("they were my target players").
No, I'm against it because we have a clear rule that is even named after him and this is not the first time he broke it. Plus all great players were still available and I don't see how we re-position him just because he couldn't grab his target players. We don't need the Horry rule if it gets bent like this.
And like I said, he was online for at least 20 minutes after the clock started and could've also mailed the picks.
