I don't know why people think this is a great draft. Peterson is gimpy, Thomas, Boldin, Griffin and Holmes aren't anything special either. This team has no real running back and only 3 collection of difference makers: gronk, cruz and johnson. If this is your best draft I'd hate to see a complete gaff.
If you saw the other thread, I think he mentioned it was his first draft. Not too bad for the first time imo
I believe my first ever year of FF I began with CBS sports site. I ended up drafting Michael Turner his first year in ATL, Chris Johnson his rookie year, Larry Johnson before he became the bump on the log, and AJ the year before he turned into a top 10 fantasy pick. Oh ya and LT was my number 1 overall pick. Can't remember who I had at QB but ever since I've been tryna duplicate that success. Sorry no proof, been years since that masterpiece.
2010 in a yahoo winner's league QB Rodgers RB: McFadden, Peterson, Foster WR: Colston, Mike Wallace, Mike Williams Just got extremely lucky. Rodgers, McFadden, Foster, Wallace and Williams all happened to have breakout years. Won the title game 123-78 Dominance.
Apparently these were the better ones... these are final rosters so keep in mind some important guys might have been cut. For example, last year I had 2 teams finish 1st, one of them had Fred Jackson on it but he didn't make it to the final roster.
2005-06 season. I had LT in first round and Brian Westbrook in second. The rest didn't matter. Went undefeated.
