When did America start hating its soldiers and showing so much love for the enemy? Priorities. Last November Barack Obama sent a personal letter of condolence when rapper Heavy D passed away at 44. Al Sharpton read the note at the funeral. “We extend our heartfelt condolences at this difficult time. He will be remembered for his infectious optimism and many contributions to American music. Please know that you and your family will be in our thoughts and prayers.” But... on August 6, 2011,*30 US service members were killed when a CH-47 Chinook helicopter they were being transported in crashed in Wardak province, Afghanistan. It was the*deadliest single loss*for U.S. forces in the decade-long war in Afghanistan.*17 members*of the elite Navy SEALs were killed in the crash. Yesterday, Karen and Billy Vaughn, parents of*Aaron Carson Vaughn, spoke at the*Defending the Defenders*forum sponsored by the*Tea Party Patriots*outside the RNC Convention in Tampa. Karen brought a copy of the form letter they were sent following their son’s death. That’s not all.*Karen Vaughn reached out to the parents of the other SEALs killed in that crash.*Their letters were all the same.*Form letters – signed by an electronic pen. After the deadliest single loss of US forces in Afghanistan, Barack Obama sent out form letters to the parents. I guess he had to at least give the impression that he cares. http://www.thegatewaypundit.com/201...sent-form-letter-to-families-of-fallen-seals/
When did Heavy D become "the enemy" of America? Also, did George W Bush and other Presidents never send form letters to dead soldiers' families?
Heavy D was a terrorist? Who knew... The president is supposed to pen a unique letter to every fallen soldiers family? Who knew....
Must have joined Al Qaeda without our knowledge. You know how these people can be tricky. Sorry, IzakDavid13, while there are legitimate criticisms of Obama, this one is really reaching.
On the small business question, please realize that Repubs don't really care about small business. Whenever they talk about small business it is always cover for their support of policies that are most advantageous to big business and the filthy rich.
Fair enough, I was going to mention the alleged $1.5billion gift to the Muslim Brotherhood and the Israel / Iran to and fro, but I won't. Just found an interesting ( you could call it that ) Obama site. This guy really doesn't like B.O. http://www.akdart.com/obama.html
Obama just gave 1 and a half billion dollars to the Muslim Brotherhood huh? Just like that, went and took it out of the White House vault, took air force one to mooslim land to hand it over. And nobody noticed. Who knew... Are you seriously linking to that crack pot website? Makes me wonder how you ended up on such an obscure site. I got as far as "Is Obama a Muslim, he say's he isn't but...". Hard hitting stuff right there.
Except oil spiked in 2008, when the global economy had already began its collapse. Yeah, it's not like global growth crashed in 2008 or anything. I totally agree here. Obama's policies to help get us out of a massive global financial collapse and near great depression are definitely a primary reason that oil prices have gone up substantially.
I agree with this, but lets face it. He did it at the expense of U.S. infrastructure. But at least you agree prices did go up, despite situations.
Besides propose transportation funding, what exactly has Obama done for American Infrastructure that needs to be dealt with now instead of later? Nothing. Instead of holding corrupt union leaders hands, he should of been dealing with issues at hand. Instead of waiting to see if he will be re-elected and jump all over the issues just too appease the public. Infrastructure and Public Sector support has not been Obama's strong point. At all. We don't need a ton of new programs that Americans won't be able to maintain. We need a number of smart, incremental reforms that will enable our system, and our country, to live up to their potential... President Obama IMO, can not do that.
You did and it is a lie. http://www.politifact.com/rhode-isl...ate-candidate-barry-hinckley-says-obama-admi/
I am not sure I understand why your business has fallen during the Obama Admin since public sector spending has increased under Obama.
Spending might have increased, but that doesn't always mean the economy is stable, or that jobs have increased. Obama's policies for one area might generally effect me across the board even if it has nothing to do with the industry I operate in. because of the wide range of services I offer.
And honestly. That can go for any President that's in office, Democrat or Republic. Only way to adapt is to find the right policy maker that suits business. But when it comes to these two candidates, it's just the same story.
