    He's upgrading 2 positions and downgrading on 1. I'm not gonna lie like bigmaloe (dwill to irving isn't big lulz), Durant to Gay is big (but they on the same level :p). At the same time, he significantly upgrades at the other 2 and makes his team well rounded. up to him, though.
