    Lol. Yeah Lin blocked his shot & left Rose with a groin injury. Also Rose didn't really toast him he scored 32 points but he took 28 shots to get them. Lin had like 15 points, 8 assists, 3 blocks, 3 steals, 3 TO's. It was probably Lin's best defensive game against one of the hardest guards to defend. Rose beat him off the dribble a couple of times, but Lin was smart in forcing him towards help defense & he used his quick hands for the steal. That was a really good battle between the two of them.

    I hope that doesn't happen. The last thing the rockets need is for him to suck.

    if(Jeremy Lin*0.5>Rajon Rondo){
      echo "Boston fail!";
    }elseif(Jeremy Lin*0.8>Rajon Rondo){
      echo "Houston 120:90 Boston!";
    }elseif(Jeremy Lin>Rajon Rondo){
      echo "Everybody knows Jeremy Lin>Rajon Rondo!";
    }else{
      echo "Kobe:'Who is Ralon Londo? Err, pardon me, please.'";
    }

    LOF's will make this a 1,000 post thread easy. It'll be complete with some asinine stat to show why Lin is far better than Rondo.:eek:

    Lin's name always come up so you can expect a lot of trash talking but I also see a little bit of racial competition.

    Will you go away and stop posting about Lin if it doesn't happen? Thanks.

    I'll be watching this game come January, I'm ready for Jeremy to prove him wrong (even though it's unlikely)

    I understand you support Lin but it seems to me you don't have much experience watching basketball to have a reasonable judgment about players. Lin will be the first to admit that Rondo is much better than he is, and that he admires Rondo's game. If you really are a devoted Lin fan, then you should follow Lin's own views about Rondo instead of your own. I'm sure you will agree that Lin understands basketball better than you do.

    Is it worse than "Rockets diehards" hoping for a player from another team embarrassing their own player?

    Turn around
    Find a mirror
    Look into it
    Find a wall
    Smash into it

    Rondo is an awesome pg, JL has more work to do.

    Look son, your embarrassing yourself and don't put Taiwan in your sig, and your obviously here to show off. Your not even a real fan of Lin let alone C's
    You never watched NBA before Linsanity, and you should be taken away your posting privilege.

    I'm from Taiwan and your ****ing embarrassing that island.

    Sounds like your actively rooting for our starting PG to suck. Way to show those LOFs how to be a "good fan."

    LOL, jlfans is indeed an embarrassment to all Lin fans. What jlfans doesn't understand is that it is precisely posts like his that make people react so negatively to Lin. People, including myself, cannot stand exaggerated assessments and react by making exaggerated criticisms about Lin just to counterbalance the ridiculousness. Exaggeration breeds exaggeration, and everyone ends up overstating their point just to "right" the situation.

    What is the difference between jlfans and a troll? They are exactly the same in the kind of polarizing discussions that that create.

    The whole point of my earlier post to jlfans is that if you are new to watching basketball, then you should at least trust and take seriously the opinions of people who have studied the game and are much more educated about it than you are. Since you obviously think that Lin understands basketball than you do, then his opinion is more likely to be right than your own.
