Clint just reached God-like status, how can you not love this line " “You’re getting as bad as Biden. Of course we all know Biden is the intellect of the Democratic Party… Just kind of a grin with a body behind it.” You are an American hero Clint, I love you before but now I will sacrifice a hundred bulls and erect a statue in your likeness.
One minor Clint mystery: How come Invisible Obama got to sit in a chair while Clint had to stand while talking to him? Couldn't they both stand? It's not like Clint was lecturing Invisible FDR, right?
So much wrong... Let me first say that both #1 & #2 can certainly change under Romney.. He gets to replace any SCJ that leaves the Court. Next, concerning the environment, I would like to know what power these "extremists" have, it is easy to label someone. Ahh the economic issues ... The national debt doubled under Bush, and a majority of the debt attributed to Obama was from the bailout signed by GW, tax cuts, started by Bush and wars started by Bush. It is cute that your prior President ****s the bed, and it is Obama's fault for not getting the stain out. The economic conservative mantra of Republican Presidents has been a lie since 1980. The last balanced budget in 40 years was under a Democrate president. It is cute how you gloss over civil rights etc. though.
It is the law. Until Obama very recently changed another law, gay partners were also not allowed familial rights at hospitals. You probably think that's silly too. Your party doesn't.
I'm not a member of the Republican party and am unlikely to vote for Mitt Romney in the upcoming election.
I got to say, one thing you have to admire about the Repubs is they know how to play the game. Only they can be so cynical as to say, hey, let's be completely uncooperative with Obama and just oppose him at every turn to prevent him from getting anything done, and then let's claim it is him as the one who is uncooperative and divisive with us and he got nothing done because of it. It's actually really brilliant.
It is a great strategy. It is heartless, cynical, and unpatriotic. And it has led to the unnecessary suffering of countless Americans over the last three years. But yeah, great strategy.
Unless, of course, he gets a whole bunch of stuff done, you don't win, and the end result is that you're still out of power and things like healthcare reform exist with no input at all from your party.
Which part of him do you like best? 1. Pro Choice 2. Pro Gay Marriage 3. Secular 4. 7 children with 5 women 5. Has had a number of his off spring aborted Thank you in advance!
Not completely - they did regain the house and nearly draw even in the senate through their campaign. And might still yet win the presidency. They got a lot of money.
The thing people never mention about successful, rich people is that they get there by being ruthless people for the most part. It is the nature of power. Who has the advantage - two men facing off each other. They play a game - no third party arbitrator. Lets say they agree to race 5 miles. One guy will play fair and by the rules, and as as sportmans. The other one will do anything to win at any cost, including injuring, poisoning, or setting traps which might injure the other player. Who do you put your money on to win? Obama should have known that Republicans were going to sandbag him like that though. I mean, they did it to Bill and Hilary - but they had a great economy to give them leverage. The difference is Obama was in a terrible economy. I was surprised when he was elected that he didn't make a national television address the way you would after 9/11 and say we were in a crisis that would take patience and strength. the collapse was a fiscal 9/11 of sorts. Health care reform could have waited. Even with a republican congress, in a 2nd term when the economy picking up steam, the repubs would have worked with him on it. It was a political miscalculation, and health care reform - the bill isn't all that great. It's just a first step but it was written by the insurance industry pretty much. Don't get me wrong, I think Obama is the better choice and I will vote for him. But he played into the Republicans strategy nicely his first 3 years - Clinton made similar mistakes. Seems it is a right of passage against republicans.
i just watched the entire Mitt Romney acceptance speach.. Thought he did an excellent job in delivery and definitely helped his cause. Still dont think he is going to win though.
