Fields's father is of African-American heritage, while his mother is white. OK? Many LIN's teammates in high school and Harvard is white, but there is black too.
This is so fake. When Lin first broke out during Linsanity, he was interviewed after the game and the first person he praised in one of those interviews was Jared Jeffries.
Lin can not choose teammates, but he can choose who his friends are. Some people are teammates, but never be friends. Some people will be friends for ever no matter where they are such as jared jeffries,Novak,Landry Fields,Tyson Chandler..... One day Lin can choose which team he will join, one factor he will consider is how many teammates he likes to be his friends in that team.

Why do people make such a big deal about race ?! Rather we should judge people by what they do ... on their merits , not their race or creed.
Why are there so many threads and posts about the "All-white team" or "Lin and his white buddies." These kinds of discussions seriously destroy any legit discussion that can be had and provokes new users to create any thread they want since the bar isn't very high. Race doesn't matter!
