The very first national ad that was run by Romney v. Obama took a quote from Obama that began "John McCain said, 'If we talk about the economy we will lose," cut the first three words and pretended that Obama had himself said, "If we talk about the economy we will lose." That was as big a lie as they come and it was Romney's first general election ad. He didn't eventually get around to lying; he started by doing it.

I believe that wasn't even an anonymous hit-and-run attack ad from people that cannot be held accountable, but an "I'm Mitt Romney and I approve" ad. If I'm wrong about that, apologies but my arguments in the following paragraph stand in the place of my error. (I don't do research for clutchfans -- it's all from memory so sometimes I'll be in error. Point it out and I'll always admit it; I always have in the past.)

Whether you believe it is silly or not, you are accountable for your party's actions when you vote for people from that party to be president. Citizens United is a direct path to lying and getting away with it and spending unlimited money to do so. And without W there would have been no Roberts Court and no Citizens United. Your party loves it because they support rich people and corporations and they know they have unlimited resources to get dirty and dishonest without the candidate having to do so himself.

That's on the GOP. That's on GOP voters. And yes that's on you.

I'd have preferred support for affordable care for all Americans, but thank you for the consolation prize of kind words about my friend. It is a shame the way he died in vain due to politics.

Some Rambling discussion with an imaginary Joe Biden. Stumbling with words. It was undignified.

Wow. Can't believe the GOP would put that on at their convention (talking about Clint). They just don't care this election.

As long as he's not out making crap like J. Edgar or Flags of our Fathers, he can do what he wants.

Eastwood plainly giving the father of the bride speech at a wedding at which he dislikes the groom & does not recognise his daughter.

im pretty sure that obama will get elected and hilary clinton will get one term.

that will be the democrats winning the popular vote in 6 out of 7 elections.
