http://www.reddit.com/r/breakingbad/comments/lcg6n/bryan_cranston_and_aaron_paul_dressed_as_jesse/ Apparently they dress up as characters for the wrap parties each season. That year they dressed up as each other. Skylar and Jane Uncle and Mascot
Sunday night opening sequence Opening sequence with Walter sunday night was AWESOME! Had my spine tingling! I'll hate to see this "half" season end and wait until next year. Walter, the baddest man you love to hate
The whistling scene had nothing to do with that. Jesse just found it odd that Walt would be whistling and going back to work as if everything was fine and dandy. Except for the fact that they just killed a kid. It has more to do with showing just how crazy he's become or how much he's broken bad. You can see how the kids death effected Jesse, but with Walt, didn't even seem to bother him one bit.
I've held out for quite some time the "heel" turn of Walt. Yes he had done some despicable things but he officially didn't become a slimy scumbag villain until he tried to manipulate Jesse into continuing to cook with him. Throwing his past substance abuse in his face and the fact that he has nothing and his depression problems. What a b*stard! All I could think of after Mike being killed was how PISSED Jesse was going to be in the next episode. But from the Promo trailer it looked like Jesse may have been manipulated again into thinking it was some freak accident. I think at this point Jesse is on to Walt's BS games and isn't going to fall for his words anymore. So essentially it would mean kill or be killed.
A fitting ending to me would be Jesse killing Walt. In the real world, Walt would have been killed in a drive-by a while ago.
You have to admit the Walt you hate is the Walt we all tune in to see what he does next. I hate him and love him at the same time!!
what do you mean? Mike was gone forever once he got the bag. all walt has to say is he gave it to him and drove off. jesse and no one else will ever know.
Also, did yall notice that Mike's death was foreshadowed to Mike himself when he was watching TV while the DEA was searching his place???
Man that ending was SO creepy, when you could hear him laugh. Btw sorry for bumping all these quotes but I am only on episode 4 and catching up!
Because i'm reading previous pages. I like to read the comments when I finish an episode. Helps me understand some stuff I missed or thought of as well.
I hate how the writers make things convienent for him. Dumbing down other characters and creating odd circumstances. Walt does something dumb and it is written out to make him brilliant Hank is now Sherlock Holmes with a single blind spot . . .walt It is good but the last two seasons are stretching credibility. Last season was great . . . .this season where they basically forced Mike to work with him . . . . so Walt once again benefits from circumstances more than his own work or movements. Walt Killed Gus .. . that was great!! but he was left without any way to make money . . . . No resources . .. no nothing . . . no one but jessie willing to work with him. . . POOF!!!! Deus ex machina . . . insert MAGIC MIKE and his WONDERFUL CONTACTS Then kill off mike. . . now Walt has his unearned contacts and a insta-network excellent!!! Rocket River
