You call the fire fighters? The cops would just try to shoot and billy club my house and plant a gun next to it.
Vast majority cops are good people, that's what I believe. I have never seen a bad behaved cop in my life. The only one I would complain about are the cops in Philadelphia we tried to ask directions ran away from us.
Can you be a good cop if you look the other way while fellow officers break the law and trample constitutional rights? Because looking the other way is no better than committing the act.
At the same time, who's to say who exactly deserves to be lumped into one group (corrupt) or the other (who looks the other way)??? it's not like corrupt activity is promoted or talked about openly at the stations. Just because two cops made a terrible decision and maybe another copper at the station tried buying into their explanation during the reporting, shouldn't rope the rest of the station in with their stupidity.
It is really hard to break your scapula. I've only seen it a couple times in 6 years. It takes a decent amount of force, right to that area. The one time I saw it, the guy got hit by a car while riding a bike and was dragged for like 50 feet while on his back. The other time, I can't remember what happened. I'm just saying. Convenient to make up the Bath Salts thing. Just too convenient. Although I have heard that they don't show up on routine drug screens...
