[Preseason Gm 3] Texans at Saints

That makes some sense if it's true. The other two preseason games seemed to be a lot more active on D.

 

It's preseason, who cares if he fumbles.

The only sense it really makes to me is if Gary does pull the starters after the half.

Andre fell on the ball. Checking him out. Chris was feeling horrible before the game. He wanted to play so we got his reps in, but not feeling well so I said hell, get him out. Andre is ok. We're being smart. He fell on the ball on his last play.

Both offenses played well overall. I didn't think our lines, both defensive and offensive, were particularly good. Sort of disappointing. Our run blocking was poor and there was virtually no pressure on Brees. Our defensive linemen really got pushed around on their run plays. The Saints are really good, especially at home. The game seemed like a regular season game. Finally, I thought our defensive backs played pretty well. P.S. Holiday will make it and LeStar Jean is your third WR.

right, nothing to feel good about. the offense only drove down the field almost every time. i guess the Saints shouldn't look forward to a good season either.
