People seriously didn't know that the President is a huge basketball fan. I thought everybody knew that.

On a down day Skip Bayless and Stephen A Smith would "debate" this. I think it is just funny that Obama has a event with a bunch of rich and successful black people and Fox new goes into super spin mode lol.

It's sad, but I guess it's no surprise.

I doubt ANYONE saw it on Fox News because it's not true.

Briefly on a Fox Nation website, there was a news aggregate feed which simply gathers and quotes other websites. Which, in this particular case, was some website called Free Beacon (which I have never heard of, and probably not worth going to if that was the sort of thing they would say). The quote has since been removed from the Fox Nation aggregate feed.

So no, 'Fox News' did not call Jordan a 'failed baseball player'. No lie.

I lol'd at the 'as usual' and the 'no lie'. As though you actually saw it yourself, instead of just repeating something you saw someone else say about it.

Was it not true? Hmm. Whatever. Fox news regularly misleads the American public, the fact that myself and LOTS of other people believed it is more of an indictment on fox news than it is on anybody else. But we can just agree to disagree, this is a sports blog not a political forum. I probably shouldn't have posted it anyway, I just thought it was really funny what was said about MJ.

The secret service people had better watch out for the president's sunglasses.

I guess Ewing wasn't joking when he said he spends a lot.
