GOP: Female body has natural defense against pregnancy in case of legitimate rape

Oh, I see. It's funny, because I was objecting to how mc mark worded his statement to make it sound like the national outcry against Akin is related to national sentiment on rape exceptions to abortion bans. He'd like to saddle the GOP abortion platform with Akin's ideas regarding rape. I'm just trying to keep the discourse honest; wasn't trying to say anything in that post* about the exception itself.

* though in a different post I said it was stupid and contradictory.

Anti-abortionist obviously support drug cartels and the cardboard box industry. Or maybe they are just sad to see wasted real estate underneath all of those overpasses when it could be best utilized for affordable housing.

 

It is when they are asking somebody else (the government) to pay for it. If they are paying for the abortion themselves, then it is none of our business.

 

First off, it isn't being dictated to anybody's vagina. It is affecting the uterus. Since prostitution is illegal, the uterus belongs to the woman, but the vagina is regulated by the state.

 

Ban abortion... In 18-20 years the crime rate will go up, the demand for public aid and we will be having yet another debate.
