Lol. Looking at this made me burst out laughing. We don't match up well at all. Arguably, we are inferior in every single position. It will definitely be a fun game though.

Lin could probably beat the lakers by himself. Who am I kidding, he worked out hard this offseason, he definitely could.

Dude, Lin is NOT an elite level athlete. His BAM scores are f------ fake. He probably hacked those sites himself and re-wrote the articles. I say call in the FBI and get the REAL data in. It's a conspiracy, man.

I don't think we match up well at all.

Probably the only spot where we are competitive is the SF spot - assuming Parsons doesn't have a slump year that is!

The first Laker game is on the 18th of November. That is 4 weeks into the season. D-mo and Lamb may not even be starting.

Even if he is the elite athlete he is, makes him not the best player and the 4 others elite players as well

Lakes are going to have a wonky 'first' season together in much the same way the big 3 heat did. There will be all sorts of chemistry issues on both ends. Don't be surprised if upsets abound, especially in the first half of their season.

Their roster is very different from the heat since kobe is 34 and nash 38. That's why I don't get all of the teeth gnashing and anger towards morey. Lakeshow's window of opportunity is a year or two. Unless they reload again with lebron.

I've gotten on your cases for being overly pessimistic but I agree the OP has gone a bit too far in the other direction.

the language is Basketball and it tells you who is better on the court

Nash is still a good player to match up against Lin

Yeah, there's no language called basketball, but there is one called english, and like all others, it requires basic competence in grammar, which you obviously don't possess.

You know we have a pretty damn good starting 5. Everyone is at least solid on offense and we have 3 guys great on defense (Asik, Parsons, and Lamb)

Now throw in our bench (T-Jones, Royce White, PPat) and we got a bright team.
