Hhhesus! How many threads do we need about smoking? Just ask in the first thread! Hold up gotta make a new one, *how many days a week do you smoke?*
Finiti Menthol E-Cigarettes for the last year (no cigarettes but I'm still on nicotine). Before that, 3 packs of Kools a day for 16 years. Before that, 3 packs of Marlboro Reds or Camel Filters for 11 years. So three packs a day for 27 years and one year of just nicotine in a water vapor. Lung X-Ray earlier this summer showed no damage. Amazingly. I'm old. And I used to smoke a lot of cigarettes. I don't miss smoking though and I wish I'd never taken it up all those years ago. I also wish I hadn't lost so many years to drinking and drugs. I got a lot done in my 20s and 30s but I was hardly even there. If you haven't taken up any of these bad habits, I'd recommend against them just based on my personal experience. If you already have, I'd think about quitting. Especially cigarettes. But to each his own.
repped. Congrats on your lung X-ray. You showed no damage yet you say you wish you never took it up or lost so many years - kinda ironic. How so if you're cancer free? Also, what's the point of the E-Cigarette if you're still on nicotine? Thanks in advance!
Nicotine is extremely addictive but relatively harmless long term. The smoking is what destroys your health. A ecig provides a way to cull the oral fixation as well as releasing nicotine without the lung damage.
Pall Mall blues when I smoked. I can't really tell a difference between most brands, so it was always one of the cheapest.
