I know! This is what I am talking about! Why didn't he say "Harry Reid is lying!" Sure, there's nothing disqualifying about not paying taxes man. John McCain ran away from it! Why didn't he call Reid out? Because it is true.

That's not what Romney said. HE said he doesnt want to give the opposition fodder to make up attacks. I don't think anyone things Romney's taxes disqualify him. Not paying any tax is not a disqualification. But it might look really bad. THat's what McCain has said - it won't disqualify him - technically that is very true. But it would look grossly horrible to the American public. McCain is basically saying, "I saw Romney's taxes, and there is nothing illegal in them". But what he is not saying, "Harry Reid is a liar". That should give everyone pause.

Brian Terry, US Border Patrol Agent, along with hundreds of Mexicans, died from Obama's gun running operation at the Mexican border. Eric Holder's office told lies to Congress. Congress asked for information. Obama invokes Executive Priviledge to hide the documents. And you boys are riled up over tax returns? Seriously? ...and this isn't even getting into the millions of dollars that Obama is spending to hide his legal records, college records, passport files, medical files, the real White House guest list, and state senate records. Mr Obama has been thoroughly vetted according to all norms of a presidential candidate. Whereas all presidential candidates have released tax returns as a standard procedure of applying for the job he hopes to be elected too. Mr Romney has not fulfilled that obligation. But if you really want to get into the records of the candidates; can you explain why Romney destroyed all of his Olympic records and emails? Or bought all of the computer hard drives of the computers in the governor’s office in MA and had all of the emails destroyed after he left office? We won’t even get into the Bain stuff.
You just lost all cred. Sorry. Obama would not have been elected had he not strong-armed the media into silence on the vetting process. Ask the Los Angeles Times. Ask the major TV networks. As newspapers all over the country. One of the unreported stories that will come out eventually is how controlling this administration has been when it comes to telling the media what they can and can't cover, and berating and threatening them when they disobey. Obama might -- MIGHT -- get vetted this time around. Depends on what the polls say in late September though. I've heard some very interesting things about what may be revealed. looking forward to it.

It was a combination of many things: 1) The appearance that Obama could win, suggesting that if the media disobeyed, then they wouldn't have future access to the President 2) Obama's race helped to shield him from criticism. This was probably the biggest edge -- a journalist being called a racist is a career ender 3) Journalists (Journolisters) were in love with 2008 Obama and their fantasy of hope and change 4) Axelrod/Plouffe/Rahm all have proven themselves to be Chicago-style politicians -- strong arming is their way of life. The stories will come out. Trust me
