2 more seasons? If they need that much time to show something the odds will be against them ever becoming anything significant
You are out of your mind. Marcus Morris deserve more time than a short season with almost no summer training camp. Patrick Patterson was playing injured last season and you expect him you average all star numbers? Not to mention they are 14th picks, not top 5 picks. I swear, some of the fans on this board are unreasonably negative sometimes.
he's not being unreasonable, just noting they are NOT the definition of a steal. if DM is going to be given thuggery level fred he's got to bring mad game every time. Morris, btw, is a tweener in a bad way. who's he going to play ahead of?
awww...let the man dream. You can crap all over him in the regular season if his predictions don't turn out to be correct or they aren't all "steals" and Morey just turns out to be a nerdy white dude and no "thug"...errr scratch that one. At any rate, they could all be steals, they could all be busts. And coach, the next girl that does smile at you, I say go for it. Steal her!!! and report back here at clutchfans (at least make your one call from jail to Clutch who can report back  )
You may be right but I still think we should wait at least one more season before we judge them. I think the shorten season created problems for Morris's transition to the NBA especially when he is trying to play the 3. Only time will tell.
If anything, these are just more reasons to be excited about our rookies. As a matter of fact, we can also add Machado to this list as well. He should have been drafted seeing as he was the NCAA leader in assists. Even better than the #13 pick, Kendall Marshall.
A steal? Here's where Olajuwon steals Robinson's manhood: <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/PXDyvfWw9zg" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
talking about steal? the Lakers traded Kwame Brown, Crittenton, draft right to Marc Gasol (then 48th pick), and two future late 1st rounders for Pau Gasol. the Lakers traded Andrew Bynum, a conditional 2nd rd. pick in 2015, a conditional 1st rd. pick in 2017 for Dwight Howard the Lakers traded 2 very late 1st rd. picks in 2013/2015 and 2 very late 2nd rd. picks in 2013/2014 for Steve Nash.
