    He can play the 4 but we already have Jones, Patterson and maybe even Motiejunas. He's gonna slide over to the 3.

    That's what the summer is for isn't it? He's definitely not going to get minutes at the 4 seeing as we have so many other prospects there.

    White doesn't have a position. He has the quickness, ball-handling skills and passing ability to run the point. He has the ability to play on the perimeter and he is strong enough to play down low and post up.

    White is a more natural 4 IMO and ppl are right to say he can't guard 3s. I think it would make sense to put Jones at 3. More natural shooter, more athletic, fast enough to guard 3s.

    You can play what you can guard. If you can't guard wings, you can't play on the wing. He's quick for a 4, but for a wing not so much. Good news is there isn't 4 on the roster who has the position locked down, so he'll get his chances.

    Are these new quotes from Les on the Howard thing? I could have sworn he said the same exact things at or near the JLin press conference.

    At the Lin presser he said something along the lines of i think it is never wise to settle. Something like that. Can't remember the exact words.

    Yeah I found that too. I wasn't sure when or where I heard it, but the quotes were extremely familiar. Just pointing out that the quotes used in OP's article were from over 3 weeks ago.
