Things to be thankful for and look forward to, as ROCKET's FANS!

    1. At least we are not Magic fans! Imagine how they feel now!

    2. We get to (hopefully) watch the development of our own young star in Motie, Lamb, Parsons, Jones, White, etc....instead of feeling like **** watching them fluorish on another team.

    There are plenty more....

There's still a chance Dwight's back just completely goes out on him causing him to miss the rest of his career. There are white women in Colorado whose buttholes are ripe for the taking. The longer Ron Artest stays in the league, the better chance he murders someone on the court. We can still make fun of bandwagon Laker fans who can't even spell Los Angeles, much less have ever set foot there.

how about this .. how about the fact that we didnt get howard for multiple unprotected picks, at the expense of our salary cap space (over 12 million), perhaps some young players... only to have howard play here for a year .. had we given them our unprotected picks and howard left (As expected) than we would be giving them multiple high first round picks for a rental. That would have sucked even more!

Im pissed that the Lakers got D.Howard for next to nothing even though I didnt want him for the Rockets. Im glad that the Dwightmare is over. I really wish we would have been involved in the trade and ended up coming out with Bynum. Mostly Im glad that we can move on from this. GO ROCKETS!

We could still end up with Bynum.

At least we have some depth at the pf position. Thats what really matters right? Stars and assets are nice, but pf depth is where its at!

At least the Mavs won't get Howard next year. Plus as an added bonus they have no real young players to develop and cannot trade future picks until we get ours from them.

This trade pretty much assures Brian Scalabrine will not sign with the Lakers. Dynasty averted.
