We all know that there's still under the radar move for our wizard GM after that "huge" DH trade..what will it be?

Not entirely sure, Jazz seem to be trying to get younger maybe we can entice them with some of our players and get a decent prospect back.

We still have Martin as an expiring contract with no reason to be on this team if we're really going towards fully rebuilding. Could be possible that we get some veterans for our players, could also be possible for us to try to go through the season as is. We've gotten our *all-star* (Lin) for the allstar game so don't think ticket sales will suck as much.

The counter-move is going to be dumping Martin for scraps. That's it.

Full youth movement now. PREPARE FOR MAXIMUM SUCK.

I dont know about any counter move out there that makes this team any closer to being a contender than continuing to build through the draft with high calliber talent, and develop the guys they have.

The only piece that doesn't make sense on the squad now is Martin, but if you have a smart analytical way of thinking, logic would tell you to go into the season playing Martin and looking to trade him at the deadline to a team that is in the playoff mix desperate for a scoring wing.

I would project him to be a hot commoditie given his health is solid. If all else fails, you could just let him walk at the end of the season in free agency and give up nothing just to get rid of him.

-Could there be a counter move still out there? Maybe, but I just dont see it. What moves are out there???... Trading for Gasol and Harden???... I just dont see that kind of deal happening and Morey convincing himself that these deals are going to allow them to compete with the likes of the superpowers in the West.

    Who is left?

Who is really, really talented and on the trade block?...That answer could be no-one.

It ought to be interesting to watch play out.

We are going to be terrible but we have Lin to sell tickets and our draft status should be good.Hopefully we will get to top five picks and maybe fire our rag ass coach. This is what i wanted but i agree that there is no reason for having Martin.

I hope the countermove is tanking and not trading for Smith or some other "All-Star".
