Who cares? They're losing that player once he becomes a star anyway. Magic are irrelevant.

If they don't, they are damn sure going to try. Isn't it better to get really bad and get potential superstar, instead of treading mediocre wheel with Lopez/Brooks/Humphries and few low first round draft picks or anything Houston had to offer.

Being bad for a year or so, isn't exactly the worst thing in the world.

Philly got away with robbery in this one. They gave up Iggy for one of the greatest three point shooters in history in Bynum

So, at best we will wait at least 5 years just to reach the playoffs again.

All of those years of torture has paid off the Texans. I was fine with playing the youngins and setting ourselves up for the future. Dwight going to the Lakers was my worst-case scenario. It's a sad night for me.

If someone told me the Lakers would get Dwight and Nash while keeping Gasol before the season started:eek:.

Then there's Ray Allen signing with the Heat for bread crumbs compared to what he should have got.

Should have seen this coming. Philly's offseason moves didn't make sense up to this point. It was clear they were looking for a big trade but didn't think it was going to end up like this.

4 unprotected picks from the Nets is worth more than Bynum and Iggy, considering that the Magic are 1 Dwight Back injury away from getting 4 straight top 10 picks or Top 5 picks from the Nets

The irony is that Popovich and Presti are cursing Hennigan right now. He just made it really difficult for them to make the NBA finals.
