cant believe the nuggets would set up the lakers while only marginally improving themselves...orlando could have done a lot better but it seems like they were ready to end their dwightmare asap....philly really becomes an interesting team but the Lakers are the clear cut winners of this and it makes me sick to my stomach.

Let's be honest, Orlando wasn't going to get any good deals for Howard, unless they ended up for Andrew Bynum. Houston had the pieces, problem was which ones they didn't offer. Still, good riddance to Dwightmare.

How good could they be? All three teams (other than the Magic) will be significantly better, definitely all playoff teams.

Lakers win because they get Howard but the 6ers got a real steal. They could be a top 3 team in the east.

    Wow, robbery from the Sixers.

Iggy + 20-25 overall selection for Dwight Howard?

Holliday - Richardson - Turner - Thad Young - Howard

    Solid lineup, play makers/shooters/Howard.

    Doug Collins must be excited....

Yeah wtf right, they gave up nothing, it's ridiculous

On the bright side, Phillies now can make the playoffs instead of the Raptors.

If this trade goes down, that guy was hired to give Dwight Howard to the Lakers. Hire a young guy to "try his best" to persuade Howard to stay and then drag the circus along, claiming it is to hold out for a better deal. Then take crap and hope the fans don't mind.

I personally am interested to see how the Lakers play this season if Dwight does go to LAL, and to see LAL vs OKC for two more years, but I can't help but feel bad for Orlando fans.

The NBA really needs to contract a couple teams. The fact is a couple franchises exist as support for the more lucrative ones. I know that I were rich, I scheme to do this.

What the hell is going on?!? Absolutely ridiculous. You don't help create teams you can't beat...and what the hell is Hennigan on? Turrible deal, just turrible.

Great job holding off for the best offer Magic:rolleyes: Now let us see what kind of Drama DH12 brings to LA. I am sure he will take his time to get to 100% and this will start all over again next Summer when DH12 will demand a trade to NY BK and Lakers get Lopez plus fillers.

Hennigan will get the last laugh over Morey next summer during the draft lottery. The Rockets will have the most ping pong balls, but Orlando will win the #1 pick, just as Stern promised Hennigan if he sent Dwight to LA. Stern's word is good as gold, just ask New Orleans.

Magic are morons. That said, Morey has failed us.
