You mean this year? He doesnt even try to hide it anymore. "Chances" are we will be the first team with the 4th worst record to fall to the last pick in the lottery as well.

THIS^^^ I see it coming as well, but personally if Orlando was willing to take that garbage for Dwight + J.Rich, then they made it a point to try to trade him to a team he was willing to play for (Hint: which was not us).

no wonder Howard cancelled an appearance at his own Summer Camp with the kids in Orlando.

I hope this deal does happen so the Rockets can finally rebuild instead of building patch work teams

    Thank God!

    Look,

I'll be honest and say that I would have liked to have seen Dwight or Bynum in Houston..but lets be real for a minute. We weren't going to win a title. I want us to win just as badly as everyone else, but there was no guarantee that either would stay, and we would have traded all of our young talent and future 1st draft picks away for someone who wouldn't commit longterm.

Did the Lakers just get better? Well yeah. Will they win the title next year? Probably not. Would we have won the title with Bynum or Howard next year? Not a chance. There is always a silver lining to everything, and in this case, Im GLAD Morey didnt sell the farm to get either one of those prima donna dudes.

I love our young talent, and I think the best option for us is to build through the draft..so I for one am ecstatic that we passed on what would have been a bad deal for the rockets.

EVERY off season move was a loss. we overpaid for lin /asik, We failed to get rid of the 3 draft picks and move into top 5, we failed at aqiring dwight, we failed by selling our team for second round picks, :( its gonna be hard watching our games knowing we are playing for nothing

Too many superstars teaming up in large markets

It's already a joke of a league for plenty of other reasons, this would just be the last straw

BUT I still think there is a high chance of ORL backing out before it's submitted to the league office. Proposed trade makes NO sense for them.

Not crying over this. Howard's a beast but not my or Houston's brand of superstar.
