Thunders were better than every team Kobe faced? Obviously you didn't watch Spurs and Kings in early 2000s, or Celtics in 2008 and 2010. You are so ignorant it's not worth arguing.

LeBron won 1 with more help vs. lesser teams. Kobe won 5 with less help vs. better teams. And somehow LeBron is at Kobe's level already.
If that's not ass kissing, I don't know what is.

IMO both LeBron and Durant right now are better players than Kobe ever was.

You speak the truth. In LeBron's case, he's been better than Kobe ever was since his 2nd year in the league, but he was on such a bad club for so long he got overshadowed. Then he moves to a team that finally has some talent, gets to the Finals in the first year, wins the 2nd year, and begins what will likely be a dynasty now. Kobe knows this and is desperately trying to cling onto whatever he has left in his twilight years by making outlandish statements, but his play is really the one doing the talking. Hopefully coach K will be smart enough to sit him if one of these games ever really gets close. LMAO @Kobe not even being able to crack 50% when surrounded by superstars and playing crappy competition (he didn't in 2008 either).

Most overrated player in NBA history and as time goes on and the generation of Kobe ballriders fades away, this truth will come out .

Words from a man insecure about his ranking among active players and fearful of the day he can no longer play the game professionally. Shaquille started doing this too altering his career. Unfortunately for Kobe, people can see he is no longer in the conversation for best player in the world.

That's a pretty bold statement to make. With LeBron you can make the arguement, but there is no way anyone can say Durant is better then Kobe ever was. That's just absurd.

So because Kobe beat a team badly, his competition sucks? A bit biased there isn't it?
Even if that were somehow true, here's a crucial point you never mentioned: Lakers played in the West. There were several very good teams in conference playoffs that they had to beat in most of those championships.

im talking about the finals. the thunder are better than any team that kobe beat in the finals. and the celtics were best kobe ever faced, im pretty sure i mentioned that. regardless 2010 celtics wouldn't beat the 2011 thunder. if you want me to prove that to you, i will.
so yea, lebron won 1 with same amount of help vs better team. kobe won 5 with same help, vs lesser teams.
i honestly don't think there's anything wrong with saying lebron is at kobe's level. i mean sure, lebron's career is still techinically young, but i think he is at kobe's level already. kobe is a better scorer than lebron, but lebron does EVERYTHING ELSE BETTER. and lebron doesn't suck on offense either, he could average 32, 33 points per game if he wanted to, but he chooses to help teammates more.

how is that in any way biased? kobe played lesser competetition than lebron did in the finals. if the rockets beat the bobcats and beat the heat. which one will be more impressive? that may be an extreme example because the bobcats suck, lol, but you understand my point. lesser competition makes it easier to win and lesser competition is less impressive when comparing teams and players.
you make a good point there about the western conference, with teams like san antonio and kings in the early 2000s, but it's not like miami just walked through the playoffs. the celtics were a great team, the pacers gave miami a run for their money without bosh. if chicago had derrick rose, it would been much tougher obviously, but drose wasn't there.
i understand your point, and you're right SAS and SAC were amazing teams that Kobe had to face during the three-peat, but the thing is, kobe wasn't even the best player on the Lakers at that time, this guy named Shaquille O'Neal was. if Kobe had been the main man on the Lakers and there was no Shaq, i honestly doubt the Lakers would have beat those elite teams.
