    I tried to translate it with my huge Japanese vocabulary and it said something like:

    "Fasten yo f*#x!n seatbelts, grab da XXL popcorn and Coke, next we gon blow yo azzes with da bomb-azz new DBZ movie. We spent 40billion(that's why you see the 40 at 10sec) dollars to create a full 4x HD experience dats gonna soak you into the world of Goku and his friends."

    Next scene:

    "It will be like your favourite movie 2x, but 3000 times better." (see the 2 and 3000 at 15sec).

    Next it goes to that scene where you glide through the water and then it says: "Water is life and your life is about DBZ, so prepare your anus for a load of epicness."

    Last scene it says "2013.3.30 - This will be the ultimate battle, are you guys worthy?"(they tried to rhyme with 30 and I think it's pretty decent given the hype).

    Judging from the writing/calligraphy or whatever you call it, it's not Japanese. Probably one of the Chinese dialects.

    I'm pretty sure one of the writing translates to "Enjoy 3000 minutes of nonstop stare downs!"

    I'm embarrassed to admit but I have not seen a single episode of this wondrous show.. Please help me get into it by recommending me what series to start out with first???

    You can go with the begining childish series of original dragonball, or the better and most popular(were i started) dragonball z.... orr get hardcore on dragonball gt, or try the newer dragonball z kai...

    Kai is a remake of Z, they have some new animations and in general tried to slim it down. Less episodes, more action. Gone are the days of 10 episode staredowns and flying stones.

    Makes perfect sense.
    The water and anus part was the only part I could gather based of context clues, but that just tied it all together. Repped. [​IMG]

    Yeah. Say fug the original Dragon Ball and hop right into Dragon Ball Z Kai.
    Like others said - the Kai version is an abridged and much easier series to follow, especially for someone who already isn't assessed with its greatness. For instance, the first season was originally 36 (or something) episodes and DBZ Kai compacts all of that into 16 episodes.

    IMO this show is timeless

    Dragonball z kai is a perversion od dbz. No one should watch kai over the original Funimation dub.
