We can't start the draft till the 18th as a few guys are out till then. I'll get the website set up in the next day or two, followed by the draft order (yes I will have it emailed to everyone using email addresses on the site, so don't get your panties all in a wad).
18th is a terrible day for me to draft, I am moving that day and won't be near a computer that's actually plugged in. Can we start the 19th?
We are now starting the draft on the 19th, so Sam I Am can move...he is looking for volunteers to lift the heavy stuff, so he is not sore heading into the draft. He is willing to give you his first two picks of this draft, first pick of next years draft, and a leftover half drunk warm beer! Sam come to think of it, not plugging in your computer might be the best draft strategy you could use in all the years we have done this...really, could auto pick do much worse!
YES YES YES to the draft pick offers and beer. I'll even make sure it's a cold one. I have a few I home-brewed in the fridge still. Ha ha ha on the draft strategy. I hope I get Rook week 1 of the season, so that revenge can be served warmer than the beer.
Sweet! So now that it's official, can I put my votes for waiver wire and keeper options? Depending on where you're moving from and moving to Sam, I could lend a hand... you may not even have to pay me in draft picks... a simple ZJ could do it for me!
I live in Corpus so it would be a drive, I bet. But no matter what difference, I won't be paying with a ZJ, if that's like some of the other _Js, like H or B. I'd prefer to keep payment to picks or beverages, not services...
Lol, yeah I'm glad you said no cause I don't even know what that is. Damn! Im all the way out in the woodlands. That would be quite a haul in draft picks for many years.
After reviewing the thread it looks to be evenly split Franchise Tag Yes 5 No 5 I added my vote to yes and Rook's also, since he would be the one implementing the system. So it seems as if Jent and someone else's votes are still missing... if there's a tie?......
Guys I will get the website paid for and updated this evening, so you can start setting it up - Flash when I set it up for you, the password will be "password" and then you can go in and change that to whatever you would like. The draft will start the 19th.........I will also do the draft order shortly.
If there's a tie let the most senior league members vote. I imagine a handful of y'all have been in Smeg's league for a long time.
