    It's probably just more known in tech circles. Sergey's quote was a reference to their wanting a more cohesive tech strategy.

    Oh I see. I am not familiar with tech. I am familiar with history, I am a big history buff, studied Mao a lot. Fascinating leader lol. From a student perspective I mean. I know he did a lot of questionable stuff when in power.

    Yah I'd agree with that. He was a sub par beauracrat, disastrous even. On the other hand, I feel he was one of the greatest revolutionaries on Earth. Incredibly charismatic, right up there with MLK, Gandhi, etc, and the rightful winner of the Chinese civil war.
