Moe, just a suggestion about the drafting controversy, one option would be to make the lower part of the draft more desirable by implementing the 3RR. Essentially this means that the last place in the draft picks first in both rounds 2 and 3. 1-12, 12-1, 12-1. After the 3rd round serpentine as normal.

Guys, when do we want to start the draft, what date would be best? I will do a random email draft order a few days before. We will have a waiver system and will see best way to set it up when I get the league website ready, this week. As for the Franchise tag, it seems like most would like it, but instead of being a certain draft pick like I mentioned, it would allow each team to carry over one player (franchise him) from the previous season (that was on the roster when the season ended) and would be placed on roster before draft begins. That player would need to be set/announced prior to the draft.
It seems like most have voted against it so far (5-3), but I am down with whatever. I have a good pick I can franchise anyways As far as the draft, I will be in NYC from August 7th-August 12th. I can am down anytime from the 13th and on. But just throwing a date out.
I think we will most likely start it on the 18th, as jent needed it to be after the 15th as well. Rednation it looks as though Thame is not coming back as I have not heard from him, so if you want in let me know.

Yeah I just saw the thread. Sorry I didn't get back sooner, probably for the best as I'll be really busy with school again so I won't be nearly as attentive as I should be for this type of draft. Have fun guys.
