I think I can answer my own question--looks like the player in red is Josh Akognon. Hard to believe someone that skilled is not playing in the NBA.
Looks like Jeremy and Josh Akognon are good friends. Below is a link to an article that is a few months old, but very interesting: http://www.pressdemocrat.com/article/20120220/NEWS/120229947?p=1&tc=pg With Akognon's shooting and ball handling skills as shown in the video I posted earlier, I am amazed he is not playing in the NBA.

Is he still training with Kenny Atkinson the guy who works with the Knicks? Or are these just old videos.
I'd say it's pretty recent or at least it looks that way. The video was released today. P.S. That flame thing he applied to his knee looked freaky! Ancient Chinese medicine FTW!
Is he allowed to train with someone who works for the Knicks? Isn't that like a conflict of interest. Or is Kenny allowed to do whatever he wants with his off season.
He trained with Atkinson shortly before he signed with the Rockets. This was back when everyone still believed the Knicks would match any offer up to a billion dollars.
Yeah so this is probably video from then. Apparently since the playoffs ended they said that the Knicks had sent a trainer (likely Kenny) to LA with him to train leading up until free agency. So likely this is video from then. I doubt Kenny is allowed to work with him anymore seeing how Lin is no longer a Knick.
i read from some board that Kenny Atkinson may join Rockets... ? some said Atkinson should have gone after D'antoni's resignation (like the other assistant coaches), but was asked to stay because jlin... not sure thou..
I think you're right actually. Portions of the video are old. For example, the 76% at the end of the video is referring to his FT% while at GSW. Cool video nonetheless.
