    Still many variables, but most factors point to this one having our name on it. I think it will landfall somewhere on the Texas coast, the question is intensity. A lot could change, but I don't think it will. This one appears to be locked in to a westerly, slight northwesterly course. I am calling it very early, Texas. A minimal hurricane with heavy rains might not be so bad.
