LOL Is that a good thing even? Last time a Chinese star athlete had medical connection in Houston, it ended his career early.
That is SUCH BULLSH!T. It would be S.Korea getting screwed. It always is. Every god damn Olympic there is some BS for them. Kim Dong-Sung in short track speed skating, men's gymnastics in 2004...
LOL The Olympic is still rigged in certain sport. This is pathetic. You have to paid or bribe the Olympic Officials to appeal? Imagine in basketball someone rigged the clock for an extra second. Fencing controversy forces Korean to sit on piste for ages, eventually costs her medal
It froze at the 1 second mark so the German opponent had several seconds to score and get a win. It doesn't "freeze" and she loses. Crazy rigged.
You spend whole life and you lose in that 1 second. You might never have that chance. Sucks for her but she choked her bronze away.
It was not 1 second though. It froze with 1 second remaining. The clock stopped after the other chick scored so she probably had like 10+ extra seconds to get a cheating win. 4 years of hard work down the drain because of a "malfunctioning" clock. Also pretty cruel that they made her compete immediately after she was weeping for 20 minutes in front of everyone after the appeal deliberations.
You can't blame her though. It's hard not to get emotional when you got robbed like that. It's pretty lame to let the fencers wait on the piste for more than an hour in the first place. With all the video replays in the world it's not that hard to see the time had expired when Hiedemann launched that attack. Shin should have won without a doubt.

If a team scored a game-winning basket while down ten seconds after the game clock froze at 1 second, wouldn't the team that was leading get the win? This sounds like Michael Finley-touching-the-end-line level rigged.
I like women's gymnastic. Any smart comments, and i'm coming to kick your ass. It all started in 1996. Dominique Dawes. Good lord mother, how I thought she looked good
what do you mean right now? because that event happened like 10 hours before your post. I have seen bikinis, when teams play during the day (London time) and of course you wont see bikinis, when they play at 10 pm
Seriously. Are you ****ing r****ded? How is this "karma"? This is not even in the USA and it's not even USA VS SOUTH KOREA. More like the judge(s) being bribe with corrupt rigging. I mean you would see how easily judges rigging in such sports as Gymnastic and boxing but rigging a the timer?
