Implies a black man having sex with a white woman is unusual or abberational. In reality, it's not noteworthy, so why mention it? While I think Kobe was semi-guilty, I wouldn't advise looking to his official statement made to satisfy the out-of-court settlement for confirmation. He said what his lawyers negotiated he say to appease the girl and her lawyers. Still, it's probably a lot closer to the truth than the idea she trumped it all up to get some easy money.
