The Angels are going to be extremely difficult to knock out of the playoffs if they're able to set their rotation going into a series. Weaver/Wilson/Greinke is strong.
they should after that large TV contract they got. i assume they're planning on signing him after the year is up as well. poor astros though...going to be some lean years while transitioning to the AL let alone the AL west
i'm hoping the rangers and angels commit to stupid contracts with aging vets at that point...i'm really hoping the rangers go all in with a huge contract for Josh Hamilton that burdens them for a while. we're going to be bad no matter what division we're in next season. but as the kids on the farm start to grow up and contribute, the astros are going to have a lot of $$$ available to supplement them with free agent signings.
