I'm not sure why you would say this.

He was pretty decent for NY last year off the bench.....

I think he was waived a couple of days ago. Not sure now. I was hoping he could stay, but it doesn't look like there is room. Maybe they could keep him for the Vipers.

I don't think he's been waived. We definitely waived his 'buddy' from NY (Jerome Jordan - had to get rid of JJ when JJJ was incoming!)

He MIGHT still get waived, but as yet he's under contract to us still

Well, I guess you guys didn't read my latest cap update word-for-word. :p

    http://rockets.clutchfans.net/2913/houston-rockets-salary-cap-2/

Harrellson contract is non-guaranteed until August 15. Until then (or until they need the cap room for something more important), he'll likely remain on the roster as an extra trade asset.

With 16 full or partially guaranteed deals currently on the Rockets' books, unless a trade reduces the number of rostered players in the next couple of weeks, expect Harrellson to be waived on August 15.

Same goes for Sean Williams on August 1 (his contract guarantee date).

Lol. Your right I didn't read it word for word. Thanks for the clarification. For some reason I thought he had been waived. It was like a great mystery to me trying to figure it out.

Brad is a skilled big-man with 3 points range and high bb IQ.
Josh is a beast with 3 points range.

Why do you people make statements so factually? I mean you don't even know what position the dude plays, yet you have easily stated he can backup asik. Next you will say, Harrelson > Howard, he is untouchable and won't be traded for Howard.

    Goodness.

I'm not sure how well did he play in the Knicks, but I wasn't impressed with his preference in the summer league. Of course, based on that small sample size, my judgement may not be accurate.

He did fill up some stat, but his decision making and bb IQ didn't live up to the hype.
